Pricing for both residential and commercial buildings is based on the home or building's size,
type of foundation, and features.

If you are calling around for prices, be sure to ask how long the inspector will be at the property. Even on the smallest of houses, Danny will be actively inspecting for a minimum of 3 hours, and inspections for larger homes and buildings take all day.
